A taxi from mainline train station is less than £8. The property comprises of a large living area and kitchen with two bathrooms and all the basic amenities required for a break by the seaside. Unique decking area which is great to enjoy the sunnier days. Sleeps 8 and can provide an airbed at extra cost.

Set over 3 floors the house has 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a separate lounge area which can be made into fifth room with the additional of an airbed on request.
We recommend this house for families or couples looking for somewhere very close to central where they can access all that Brighton has to offer, whilst also having the space and facilities to enjoy the house in the evenings. Windows are double-glazed, and the residential street has minimal night-time traffic so it’s quiet for such a central location (seagulls allowing). The layout is as follows:
BASEMENT:
Open planning living room with dining area and kitchen. Kitchen contains an oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is plenty of natural light coming into the space through the French doors. The living area comes with a large L shaped sofa and HD-TV with Virgin Media. Outside is a decking area which can be used until 10pm. The kitchen is modern and tidy with everything you need to cook for a large group of people.
GROUND FLOOR:
Here you’ll enter the property. On this floor are two double bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left contains a small double bed, whilst the benefits from stunning views across Brighton. One of two of the bathrooms are located on this floor where you will find a shower unit and toilet.
TOP FLOOR:
Another two double bedrooms are located here, both with storage for belongings. Bathroom 2 is located here with a toilet and bath with shower stand.
FREE PARKING
Parking in Brighton is notoriously difficult so we do recommend public transport where possible but the property does have space for ONE car on the driveway.
Guest access:
You have full access to the property but we ask you stay mindful of neighbours and only those who have booked are permitted access.
Other things to note:
Parties and excessive noise is strictly prohibited. Neighbour complaints are taken seriously and in extreme cases your reservation will be cancelled during your stay if required.
